Project Dreamscape
Project Dreamscape was a game whose development started back in Fall semester of 2024 of college with over 100 people who worked on the game. During this stage of development, I was placed in the Designers team as part of the sub group of 5 narrative writers. I took the initiative and created a document to brainstorm our narrative ideas such as if waking up is good or bad and what effect that would have on the player, how the guide could be related to the player and what role the guide would play, and how do the enemies relate to the player's anxiety/stress. Once Spring semester of 2025 started, the narrative team was folded back into the larger design team. I was assigned to design 5 enemy states, 2 of which were variations of slime and follower enemies, and 1 specialized enemy mainly composed as a fire tornado.
